Requires a Chromium-based browser (Chrome, Edge, Opera, Brave). Firefox and Safari don't support WebSerial.
Before you click Connect: hold the BOOT button while plugging in the USB cable, and keep holding until the browser's port-picker appears. The firmware drives native USB and won't auto-reset into the bootloader on its own.
After first boot the device opens a Wi-Fi access point.

Connect and open 192.168.4.1 — one page sets up both Wi-Fi and the GPIO pin map.
One firmware fits any wiring: pins live in the web UI, not the build. Later, once the device is on your own Wi-Fi, reopen it at <device-ip>/setup (the IP is shown on the splash screen at startup). After mapping pins, unplug the device and plug it back in.
Find your display panel below.
Click Connect on the touch option you use, then pick the serial port.
Click Install in the dialog and wait for it to finish.
Set up Wi-Fi and the pin map (see above).
