Voice commands

Tap the mic icon in the top bar of the Android app and say a command. The recognition language is set in More → Voice language — every language supports the same commands, and the English phrases always work as a fallback, whatever language is selected.

Covers both English (US) and English (India) — the two options differ only in speech recognition, the commands are identical.

Hindi puts the verb last, so station commands work as suffixes too — say the station name first.

Station names are matched fuzzily against your playlist — close pronunciations and partial names work too. Volume accepts digits and number words (tens from zero to one hundred, plus “max”). Speech recognition runs on the phone; only the resulting command is sent to the device.
